Terms & Conditions

Please contact us at: theadams.boc@virgin.net. If the apartment is available a booking form will be sent to you. Bookings will be confirmed in writing on receipt of a completed booking form and a deposit of 25% of the total price for the period required.

Once the deposit cheque has cleared an unwritten contract is entered into. You will be notified of the balance to be paid a minimum of 8 weeks before arrival. Failure to pay the balance within 7 days of the notification will result in the forfeit of the deposit and the cancellation of the holiday.

Bookings made within 8 weeks of period required, to be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellation

Forfeit of 25% deposit will occur where parties cancel in writing prior to 8 weeks before arrival (prior to payment of balance due).
Parties cancelling less than 8 weeks but not less than 4 weeks before arrival will receive a 50% refund on total price.

Parties cancelling at any time within 4 weeks of arrival date will forfeit the total price paid.

We will only cancel your holiday (a) if forced to do so by unforeseeable circumstances or (b) because of non-payment by the client. In the case of (a) we shall not be responsible for compensation to clients for holidays cancelled at any time due to circumstances beyond our control i.e.. threat of war, natural/technical disasters, acts of terrorism or similar events. We shall have no responsibility or legal liability to compensate the client for loss of opportunity to take the holiday. Should an alteration to any holiday for which a booking has been made become necessary, the client shall be informed promptly. The client shall be offered the choice of accepting the alteration, or a full refund of moneys paid, as long as the client has not yet arrived at the chalet/apartment.

Note : Clients are strongly advised to take out Holiday Insurance cover in the event that they are obliged to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

Damage Deposit

A cash deposit of 500 Euros is payable to our representative not later than the day of arrival against any losses, breakages or damage. The apartment will be inspected before departure and the full amount or balance of this deposit will be repaid at their discretion.

General Policies

No pets are allowed in the apartment.
Clients are requested to observe a
No Smoking policy in the apartment.
Clients are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy as found, with special attention in the kitchen to the oven and fridge. Any additional cleaning costs will be recovered from the Damage Deposit.


Liability of the Client

All clients undertake to behave with propriety and in such a manner as to cause no damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other residents property and/or any third party. The contract of any client in breach of this clause shall be terminated immediately and we shall have no further contractual obligations. We reserve the right to recover from the client the cost of any repairs or replacements following any damage caused by the client. In circumstances reasonably deemed by us to be extreme, including significant damage, significant antisocial behaviour or illegal activities we reserve the right to cancel the holiday forthwith and eject the client from our properties without compensation.

Liability of the Renter

We do not accept responsibility for the actions of any of our clients and shall not be held liable for any claims made against them (or as a result of their actions) either by other clients or third parties. We cannot be held responsible for any other mishap to yourself or your property and in particular for the consequences of the effect of strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, riots, robbery, sickness, quarantine, government intervention or other such happenings
